Hope Lives
“But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.” Romans 8:25 (NIV).
I’ve not yet seen
Peace on earth
Mankind can be mean
Hatred and bitterness
Mar the world
Hearts with hopelessness
Yet I have hope
Lives in my heart
Gives peace to cope
Promises of God
Heal humanity
Broken and flawed
May hope never die

We need more hearts like yours in this world, Linda. A beautiful write.
Thanks.
Starts with a litany of despair….ends with powerful hope. LOVE the word cloud with it!
May hope always live within the heart!
The word cloud is very effective. Wise words, well said.
Thanks. I just recently found that app for my phone and I love it.
Real hope can only be born in our hearts by God
He is our hope, for sure.
A gentle breeze – well done.
It is good that there always is a need for hope or we would think we need no promises.
True.
Lovely share Linda ~
I do think that hope can help… as long as we don’t forget to act.
Love this, Linda. The verse, and your words. Beautiful.
Glad you liked it. I added a Word Cloud after you saw it. 🙂
Just saw that. 🙂
