The door the Shepherd opened
No one can ever close
The door to His tomb was sealed
How it was opened He knows
By it He made the only way
For us to be redeemed
Though the people thought He died
Things weren’t as they seemed
By His Sunday resurrection
Death He defeated
Now upon His eternal throne
He is rightly seated
He invites all to enter
The door He has opened
The curse once upon mankind
Is now forever broken
