God’s Love Endures Forever

I had a wonderful weekend! Saturday was a nice relaxing day, though I got a lot done. Then I got to go see my son’s friend in a school drama production of Grease.

But the best part of the weekend was our Sunday church service where we installed our new lead pastor! It was a long process to find him and call him to our congregation. And his first sermon was awesome – extremely encouraging for a congregation that’s been sort of in a holding pattern for almost two years.

With all that’s happened over the weekend, I didn’t have time to write a real Music Monday post. But I did listen to some music as I went about my chores and got ready to leave the house each day. One song that I heard that really touched me is “Your Love Endures” by Third Day. It is a wonderful reminder that no matter what happens, good or bad, God’s love endures forever and ever.
